The Moat Hall Owls are here!

The 12th of December was voting day at Moat Hall Primary... and the results are in!

After a week of campaigning the whole school went to the polls to decide who would become a Moat Hall Owl and represent them on the new Pupil Parliament.

There was a huge field of enthusiastic candidates, many thanks to all those students who stood for nomination, just shows how much you all want to be involved in your school.

The previous School Council had given up their time to raise money for reading books, First Aid course and consulted with the rest of the school about the views of school dinners and how they could be improved. They had also played a major role in the healthy eating campaign we had recently launched.

We are hoping that Pupil Parliament will continue to support with First Aid across the school and continue to be the voice of the pupils in school. Well done!

After counting all the ballots your elected representatives have been announced, a huge well done to the new Owls:

Year 1 - Georgie and Hayden

Year 2 - Harley, Ella, Izabelle and Layton

Year 3 - Mia, Bethany, Noah and Frankie

Year 4 - Leah, Thomas, Caitlyn and Tyler

Year 5 - Abigail and Lexie

Year 6 - Isabelle and Lewis
